I’m happy to host the April First Thursday Jam, the monthly drum jam sponsored by the Seattle World Percussion Society.

This month, we’ll create a lush range of sounds and textures from a wide variety of drums, percussion, melodic, and harmonic instruments. Aaaaah!

We’ll add sonic layers to a platform of juicy drumming, inviting new combinations and improvisations. Bring your special percussion and softer drums, as well as handpans, flutes, mbiras, didges, xylophones, gongs, bowls, etc.

This is an evening to relax, take a breath, and absorb the wellness benefits of vibration, music, and creative play.  It will be a great warm-up for the World Rhythm Festival 2019!
