AZT Hiker Camping - Patagonia

AZT Hiker Camping & Services in Patagonia

Whether you're 52 miles into your spring northbound adventure, or 52 miles from the end heading south, you'll want to stop in Patagonia, an AZT Gateway Community between Passages 3 and 4.

Patagonia is the place for a fun, productive rest-and-regroup.  In a half- or (preferably) full-day layover, you can receive packages, enjoy a restaurant meal, get a massage, do laundry, restock food and water, socialize with hikers and locals, even sleep in a real bed.

If you're up for tent camping, TerraSol can be your base. Literally steps off of the trail route on Harshaw Road, you can relax after your day of hiking, get cleaned up, then plan your activities in town.  Campsites are spacious and comfortable, with tent platforms and picnic tables.

Share tales with other travelers around the fire circle, and prepare "real food" in the camp kitchen.

If you're looking for a real bed, check out the Patagonia Hiker's Guide.  You'll find lodging options, as well as info about restaurants, stores, and other services that Patagonia offers.

Hi, I'm Mary Tolena, your host at TerraSol.

As a former vanlife nomad, I'm happy to offer space to travelers discovering Patagonia.

TerraSol is a work-in-progress and labor of love.  I think you'll find it to be a fun and comfortable home base for your visit to Patagonia.

I look forward to meeting you!
